How to get One and the Same Certificate

Purpose

The One and the Same Certificate is used to declare that two or more names of the same person are identical. If a person uses multiple names in different documents without legally changing the name, then he/she has to submit this certificate to declare that all those names belong to the same person. (Mention all variations of your name accurately in the document.)

Documents Required

The Main proof required are the proofs to prove the different names are of the same person itself like
Aadhaar Card
Election/Voters ID
Ration Card
School Certificate

For a specified minimum period

Procedure

The applicant has to submit the application online through the eDistrict portal. After online submission, the application is forwarded to the Village Office for verification. The Village Officer verifies the details and documents, and once approved, the One and the Same Certificate will be issued online and can be downloaded from the eDistrict portal.

Time Frame to issue the Certificate:

7 days from the date of application
