Purpose

Solvency certificate is used as an instrument to certify the solvency of a person who undertakes works or functions.

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card
• Land Tax
• Proof of ownership of property
• Encumbrance certificate (evidence that the property in question is free from any monetary and legal liabilities)
• Voters ID

Validity

For a specified minimum period

6 days from the date of application
