How to get Valuation Certificate

Purpose

Valuation certificate is used to prove the value of property of the applicant in his/her hometown. This can also be used as a collateral for the educational loan from Bank to cover applicant’s expenses.

Documents Required

• Aadhaar Card
• Land Tax
• Proof of ownership of property
• Encumbrance certificate (evidence that the property in question is free from any monetary and legal liabilities)
• Voters ID

For a specified minimum period

Time Frame to issue the Certificate:

15 days from the date of application
